Panchakarma in India under the supervision of Ayurvedic physicians
A comprehensive cleansing and restorative program with preparation, guidance, and clinical stay in India
What is Panchakarma
Panchakarma is a classical Ayurvedic program of cleansing and restoration of the body.

Unlike common wellness procedures, Panchakarma is a structured process aimed at eliminating accumulated imbalances, restoring natural balance, and improving overall health.

Our program is designed so that a person can go through this process regardless of their country of residence: the preparation and recovery stages are conducted remotely under professional guidance, while the main stage takes place in India at an Ayurvedic clinic.

It is important to understand that Panchakarma is not a form of leisure or spa treatment, but a deep and systematic process that requires attention and consistency.
Benefits of Panchakarma
Panchakarma works on the body in a comprehensive way — helping to restore balance, improve overall well-being, and support natural processes on both physical and functional levels.
  • Supports chronic conditions
Helps in cases of long-standing imbalances where symptoms tend to recur and require a systemic approach.
  • Improves digestion
Restores the function of Agni (digestive fire) and reduces the accumulation of Ama (toxins).
  • Supports hormonal balance
Promotes gentle normalization of internal processes and regulation of body systems.
  • Helps with skin conditions
Works through internal cleansing, addressing root causes rather than only external symptoms.
  • Restores energy levels
Helps reduce fatigue and supports the recovery of vital energy.
  • Provides deep cleansing of the body
Initiates processes of eliminating accumulated imbalances and restoring internal balance.
  • Improves metabolism
Supports more efficient functioning of body systems and better nutrient assimilation.
  • Enhances mental clarity and overall well-being
Improves concentration, emotional stability, and a general sense of balance.
  • Supports long-term results
When all stages — preparation, program, and recovery — are followed, the effects are sustained over time.
How the Program Works
Panchakarma is not a single procedure, but a structured process consisting of several stages, each with its own purpose. We have designed the program so that it can be completed as a whole, even if you are in a different country: part of the process is conducted remotely, while the key stage takes place in India.
Consultation and Diagnosis
During the online consultation, an Ayurvedic doctor determines:
  • your Prakriti (constitution)
  • your current condition
  • indications for Panchakarma
Preparation Stage
(Purva Karma)
Before the trip, you go through a preparation phase:
  • diet according to recommendations
  • intake of prescribed herbal formulations (we send you the necessary preparations and oils)
  • daily routine adjustments
This stage lasts 1–2 weeks and prepares the body for the procedures.

👉 Our coordinator accompanies the group
⏱ Duration: approximately 10 days
Recovery Stage
(Paschat Karma)
After returning home:
  • you continue following the recommendations
  • maintain the prescribed routine
  • take restorative formulations
This stage consolidates the results.
About Our Program
The program is designed to integrate all stages of Panchakarma into a single, cohesive process — regardless of where you are located.

We guide you from the initial consultation and preparation at home, through the program in India, and into the recovery phase afterwards. This approach ensures that the process is not limited to the stay at the clinic, but becomes a complete and structured work with your condition.

This format allows people from different countries to undergo Panchakarma while maintaining the integrity and quality of the process.

The main stage takes place in India, in the state of Kerala — a region traditionally considered one of the centers of Ayurveda. The program is conducted at an Ayurvedic clinic located in a calm and scenic natural environment, which supports recovery and allows for a deeper therapeutic process.

As a result, the program covers the entire journey — from initial assessment to long-term stabilization of the results.

Format and Conditions

The program is conducted in small groups, allowing a balance between individual attention and a well-organized experience.

Throughout the program, participants are under the supervision of Ayurvedic doctors and receive support from our consultant, who accompanies the group and provides assistance.

We work with established Ayurvedic clinics in India and structure the process so that participants can focus on their condition without being distracted by organizational matters.

Important to Understand

Panchakarma requires commitment and a willingness to follow the recommendations. It is not a quick solution, but a process that delivers results through consistency.

It is also important to understand that the effects of the program continue to develop not only during the stay at the clinic, but also in the period afterwards, as the body continues to recover.

For this reason, we place equal importance on preparation, the program itself, and the recovery phase that follows.
